Option 1: Via the estimate

  • Go to POS and open the estimate that you have created for this customer
  • Click on the Customer has arrived tab (the current time is going to be automatically added)
  • Print your work order and the arrival time will now be displayed in the upper right corner.


Option 2: Via the agenda

  • Move you mouse over the desired appointment.
  • Do one RIGHT click of the mouse. A small menu of options will now appear
  • Click on Customer has arrived
  • Print your work order and the arrival time will now be displayed in the upper right corner.
