• Go to “Configuration” / “General Configuration”,
  • In the first tab, activate options 35 and 61,
  • Move to the "Message and Agenda" Tab,
  • Click on the 411.com for the USA Version (411.info) and 411.ca for the Canadian version to set the link.
  • Save.

 

  • Return to the Point of Sale,
  • Click on the spy glass to look for a customer,
  • Click on the "+" sign to add a new customer,
  • Enter customer's phone number,
  • Confirm “Yes” for the 411 search,
  • Select the client to be transferred (by default, your area code will appear first),
  • Click on the green button,
  • Confirm the elements in the contact information to be transferred,
  • Save your client file.
