• In order to send a reminder letter or follow up by e-mail first you should configure an e-mail address in client's file.
  • Go to POS and click on the spy glass next to "Customer"
  • Choose a customer and click on the tab "Additional information".
  • Add customer's e-mail in the field "E-mail"
  • Go to the PDV and select a client with a vehicle that has a recall (red telephone)
  • Click on the red telephone icon.
  • Select the reminder to send out.
  • Click on the "@" icon.
  • Leave by clicking on the door icon.
