In order to properly configure your recall template messages, you must be aware that there are three recall template letters:


a) Message with reminder date applied to an invoice following an inspection. The letter will reference the appointment date, the vehicle and the invoice number.

b) Message with re-contact date applied to an estimate to allow for re-contact for an item that is not related to an invoice, which has already been closed. For example, a user can create a recall for a vehicle without creating a new invoice.

c) Job related to a manufacturer’s preventive maintenance. The personalized message will correspond to the job code description for the maintenance that will be performed. The software will generate dates based on the vehicle’s specific maintenance schedule.
