Sending account statements and invoices:

  • Go to the client file, then to the “Contact Information” tab
  • Write an email
  • Select the “Accounting” tab
  • In the “Account Statement” drop-down menu, choose the preference to "email"
  • Save.


Sending estimates for approval by email to another email address

  • Go to the client file, then to the “Contact Information” tab
  • Add a contact using the “+”
  • Fill out the record with an email address
  • Save.
  • Go to the PDV and select an estimate
  • Click on “Preview” or “F3”
