GEM-CAR 2022 initial configuration

The GEM-CAR 2022 initial configuration is very simple. You only need to log in with your organization number.

Log in with your organization number

When you first open GEM-CAR 2022, it will sync with Windows 10 or 11, retrieve you Windows user name and show it on the top right corner of the app. Then, to log in with your organization number, go to Administration, enter your organization number and password, and select Apply. Your organization's name will show above the Administration button.

If you can't find your organization number and password, please check your emails. We sent them to you when you purchased GEM-CAR. Also, verify that the email hasn't been wrongly targeted as spam by your email provider. If you don't have an organization number yet, please contact us.
