How to measure the return on sending reminders to customers?

You can show and print a report with statistics for the reminders you send to your customers. This can be helpful for measuring the return on these reminders. To show this report, follow the steps below.

  1. In the GEM-CAR main menu, go to Reports > Customer management.
  2. Select the Clients option in the top right corner.
  3. Select Reminder report on the Available reports list.
  4. Select the Print reminders statistics option.
  5. Choose a time range.
  6. Click on the printer button. print-reminders-statistics
  7. The print preview of the report will show onscreen. You can export it on the computer or print it by clicking on the buttons in the top left corner.
