You can add tags to appointments to indicate useful information that is not natively supported by GEM-CAR 2021. For example, it could be for customers needing a shuttle or a curtesy vehicle or any other relevant information. Add appointment tags
Use one of the following methods to add tags to appointments.
From the Calendar, go to Add a tag and select a tag. Repeat the operation to add multiple tags simultaneously.
From the Appointment window, go to the Tag field and select a tag using the drop-down menu. Repeat the operation to add multiple tags simultaneously.
Delete appointment tags
To delete appointment tags, from the Appointment window, select the X at the right of tags.
