If  you don't know your SMTP address take a look at this list or contact your e-mail provider.

  • Go to "Configuration" / "General informations"
  • Choose the tab "Options"
  • In the right after the section "Point of Sale" you will find the section "Internet"
  • Enter your SMTP address, E-mail address, Username, Password and SSL security Port
  • Click Save and Exit.

Once entered, every time a customer has an e-mail address entered in his customer file, you will have the option to choose between printing or sending by e-mail his invoice/estimate/pm reminder.
NOTE: For some SMTP providers (outlook.com, live.com, hotmail.com) you don't need to add User Name, Password , and SSL security port.
