The Clerk and Sales Rep may or may not be the same person. The Clerk (also known as the Advisor) is the one who actually creates estimates while the Sales Rep is the one associated to the customer in the customer file.
If your Sales by Sales Rep report is empty, you must go in the Customer’s file and enter the name of the Sales Rep. Note however that this will link the Sales Rep for all future activities and not past sales. This is to ensure proper historical sales rep data if and when sales reps change.
- Go to "Customer management" / "Customer management"
- Choose a customer
- Go to the tab "Additional Information"
- Choose an advisor
