VP Operations and sales

V2V Technologies Inc., a software company specialized in shop Management System, is looking for a Vice-President of Operations and sales to join our team in Montreal, Quebec in a full-time permanent position.

We are looking for a dynamic technical individual capable of autonomous organization, who will collaborate with our Global development team and sales teams to maximize the company’s overall operating performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee support, implementation, sales and training team;
• Oversee continuous improvement of the operation processes:
• Proven ability to increase company sales while also increasing overall company margins:Develop solutions to complex engineering problems concerning Shop management operation and software in collaboration with our CTO;
• Manage research and application of new technologies and partnerships;
• Oversee daily operations;
• Oversee training plan for new employee and continuous training;
• Oversee recruitment of his team;
• Oversee training tools for software user and internal team: e-learning;
• Oversee annual budget preparations;
• Maximize OEE to meet targets set by Board of Directors;
• Identify and resolve process issues to encourage smoother procedures, more efficient workflow and overall business growth;
• Develop automation process and improvements to result in savings and improved profit margins;
• Provide weekly corporate updates.

Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Shop Management Software;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry;
• Ability to travel globally to USA and Canada;
• Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail;
• Working knowledge of databases and reporting;
• Understand Key Performance indicator in the automotive aftermarket;
• Knowledge of CRM (Vtiger is a plus);
• Knowledge of e-learning platform is a plus;
• Education: High school

Salary: $104,000.00/year

Experience required:

• Shop Management Software: 10 years.
