You have two options to enter the time of the customer has arrived into your work order:
Option 1: Via the estimate
- Go to POS and open the estimate that you have created for this customer
- Click on the Customer has arrived tab (the current time is going to be automatically added)
- Print your work order and the arrival time will now be displayed in the upper right corner.
Option 2: Via the agenda
- Move you mouse over the desired appointment.
- Do one RIGHT click of the mouse. A small menu of options will now appear
- Click on Customer has arrived
- Print your work order and the arrival time will now be displayed in the upper right corner.
