• Go to the PDV and select a client with a vehicle that has a recall (red telephone)
  • Click on the red phone icon.
  • Select the reminder to send out.
  • Click on the "@" icon.
  • Exit by clicking on the "door" icon.
Note 1 : if you don't select a customer, a list of all reminder will show 

Note 2 : Add an email, in the customer maintenance and save.
