USA: I hereby authorize the opening and keeping of a maintenance and repair file and I also hereby authorize the repair shop and his employees to collect use and communicate to any third party any personal or other information which is necessary to the constitution of the file. I further authorize the repair shop and his employees to use said information for commercial purposes. Moreover, I hereby authorize the repair work herein set forth and the use of the material necessary to the completion of said repair work.

In order to activate your SiriusXM account, you need to enter your V2V company number.
- Go to the menu "Configuration/Company information",
- Click on the gear button to try to retrieve this number,
- Enter the V2V company #, you have received by email ( subject includes "SiriusXM"),
- In case of error, please call GEM-CAR support at 1-866-848-8282 to get this number,
It's important to provide good and complete vehicle & customer information in order for SiriusXM to communicate with the customer.Be sure to have the following information:
- Model Year
- Full Name
- Phone number
How to update messages on invoices in GEM-CAR.
IMPORTANT: you need to update the disclaimer on the invoice to allow the garage to send the data to the third party including SiriusXM.
- Go to menu "Configuration/General information",
- Activate option 119,
- Save.Note: This option activates the automatic sending of information from GEM-CAR to SiriusXM when the user performs the end of the day.
