There are times when the technician completing a job will need to add some parts not specified in the estimate/work order.

If he is using the punch clock, this is an easy task. 

In the Punch clock window, there is a space used to add parts manually:

Click on the + icon

Click on the spyglass and look for the part needed


However, if there are some parts that our technicians use on a regular basis,
it is a good idea to print some product barcodes and have them on the wall for our technicians:

In this way, when the technician needs to add one of this parts, he just need to click on the parts’ field/box and scan the code using the punch clock
