In order to import/export files to GEM-CAR, GEM-CONNECT, GEM-CRM and other tools we might be required to do it in a specific format as "CSV" file.
Using Excel is really easy, as we just need to save it as .CSV
However, it may happen that we do not use Excel. Do not worry, there are other simple and free ways to create and save a file in CSV.
